Often, information about our ancestors can be obtained from their tombstones:

Full Name

birth

death

Many times parents and/or spouse are listed and, occasionally, children

Some stones give place of birth and/or death

Sometimes there is an epitaph

Tombstones do not last forever . They may wear away to the point they can no longer be read, they could be destroyed by mother nature or, unfortunately, they could be vandalized. Get a photo now and preserve the information for yourself and future generations.

Often other family members are buried nearby.

HOW TO ORDER

Fees are to be paid in advance, with a retainer (full cost estimation) due in advance. Please email me the following:

The cemetery name and location

Your ancestor's name (s)

The lot and tombstone location (this does not have to be sent initially, but obviously I'll need it before I travel to the cemetery)

A cemetery map, if you can obtain one

Email me with all the information you have and I will give you an estimate of the cost

IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE LOCATION WITHIN THE CEMETERY

If you do not know the location within the cemetery, I can search for the tombstone on an hourly basis.
